| Intermediate Program Comedy Masters is led by Kevin Gasior — For grades 4 – 9 A number of our comedy 101 alumni have gone on to perform weekend sets at The Comedy Nest as part of the very popular Just For Teens series. This program is designed just for you. If you have taken Comedy 101 on two or more occasions, you are up for the challenge that Comedy Masters has to offer. This is primarily a comedy workshop that will take your act to another level and ultimately land you a weekend spot at the comedy club. We will look at various styles of comedy both physical and spoken. Emphasis will be placed on timing, gestures, expressions, microphone technique, listening to an audience, owning the stage and controlling the crowd. Every seasoned headliner has cut his teeth as a host. Comedy Masters will provide you with basic hosting techniques and have you develop a series of stock lines to deal with awkward situations that arise during a performance.
