How do I register ?
Complete the registration form and mail it with two checks:
1) A $75 check for the registration fee, payable immediately
2) A post-dated cheque for the balance of the fee.
Pay by personal cheque or money order. We do not accept credit cards.
You will determine the fee by consulting the fee schedule to your
right. You will see that the fees increase the later you pay

begin?
Income tax receipts, the new brochure and registrations forms
are mailed out to former campers at the end of February.
Therefore, registration usually begins the first week in March.
Others who request an information /registration package, should
leave a message at our McGill phone number 398-4252. The
information will be mailed to you. All registrations are done
by mail.
Q: How can I register
when the program is not finalized until April, and how do I know
what the themes/activities will be?
Our program is not finalised until April, and then it is sent
out to all registrants.
Generally campers have difficulty prioritizing their selections
since they are offered so are many enticing and challenging activities.
Q: What are
the advantages of registering early?
Early registrant's can benefit from the early bird fees.
For intermediates and seniors, registering early may mean that
the camper can participate in his first choice activities. There
are some very popular workshops which fill up quickly.

Q: What happens after
I register?
Once you register, your child is entered on our data base and is
numbered. If there are any problems you will be phoned, otherwise
you should assume that everything is all right. Once the program/schedule
is completed and printed in our catalogue, you will receive these
documents along with an invitation to an Open House. This event
is usually held at the beginning of June, at the Royal Vale school
Auditorium when the teachers explain their workshop and campers
can o ask questions.
Junior campers do not have to make any selections. They are grouped
according to grade. Intermediate campers make their selections and
mail their sheets back shortly after open house.
Campers are programmed according to their date of registration,
so the early registrants are usually able to get their first choices.
By mid-June, programs, schedules and are mailed out to parents.
Q: Can I visit the
camp to see what my child has accomplished?
Parents are reminded that at the end of each two week period, EXPLORATIONS
will be holding an OPEN HOUSE, when parents are invited to
come and see what their children have accomplished. Please come
on JULY 11 and JULY 25 to appreciate the work of the campers.
A schedule of events will be sent home shortly before the end of
each two week period.
