Members of the Faculty who were here in the 70s will remember Kay Waddell, a member of the Vocational Education division of the Math/Science department. Kay died yesterday at her home in Bridge of Weir, Scotland. She was the wife of F. Jack Young who was also a Vocational Education Professor in the 70s. Our personal recollection of Kay was as a quiet, highly competent and very gentle lady who retired early to return to Scotland and care for her parents whose health was declining. She will be remembered with deep affection by those who were fortunate to have experienced quiet moments of reflective conversation.
