A man (middle-aged, slightly built, with salt and pepper hair, and a black leather jacket) unable to state why he was in Martlet House, has been caught twice lurking in the building. He used the back door to gain entrance. Security has also had reports of a man with this description lurking in Charles Meredith House on Pine Avenue.

Please do not leave your purses out in the open where they can be seen - under your desks, etc. Please put them in a safe place.

The Office of First Nations and Inuit Education is pleased to announce that Ms. Mary J. Kauki, a student in the B.Ed. for Certified Teachers program, is being awarded the 2002/2003 Special Award for Northern Residents. This award is administered by the Canadian Northern Studies Trust on behalf of the Association of Canadian Universities for Northern Studies.

The 2003 Hawaii International Conference on Education will be held from January 6th to 10th, 2003 at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Conference will provide many opportunities for academicians and professionals from Education and related fields to interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.
