William "Bill" Searles
(1920-2003)
Searles, William "Bill". With great sorrow we announce the passing of Bill at the Lakeshore General Hospital oh Saturday, December 13, 2003 at the age of eighty-three. Retired professor and former chairman of Math and Science, Faculty of Ed, McGill University. In 1939-1945 Bill served in the Royal Air Force, first with 74 Squadron and then with 112 Squadron in the Western Desert. He is survived by his loving wife Louise Searles (Howe), his children Brian and Lynne (Shaun Medicott), grandchildren Julia and William.
