Dorothy J. Ross, BA'30, MA'32, PhD'39, last Lady Principal of the High School for Girls from 1958-1965, retired in 1965 when the school was merged with the High School of Montreal to make it co-educational.  She died at Hudson Heights, Que., on January 28, 2001 after a long retirement..
